Music Groups

Organization of a music ministry for worship is as old as the Old Testament temple. The first music ministry was appointed by King David under the instruction of God Himself: "...all of them trained and and skilled in music for the Lord - they numbered 288, young and old alike..." (1 Chronicles 25:7)

Corporate worship is the first priority of the mission statement of Immanuel Lutheran and many singers and instrumentalists are needed to provide leadership. Whether you are a child, youth, adult, singer, instrumentalist, actor, artist, or technician, there is a place for you to serve. The Music Ministry at Immanuel is a place to grow in your understanding of worship, a place for using your gifts in service, and a place to develop close friendships.
